What data do we collect?

• Name, email address and phone number (when you buy tickets)
• Order data and payment history
• IP address and technical information, for security

Legal basis

We process your data under the GDPR to perform our contract with you (your ticket purchase), to meet our bookkeeping obligations, and on the basis of legitimate interest (fraud prevention).

How long we keep it

Customer information is kept for as long as it is needed to complete your purchase, and thereafter as required by the Swedish Accounting Act (7 years).

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to data portability, and to object to processing. Contact us through the contact form or at info@ticketsweden.se.
