Terms of purchase

1. General

These terms apply to purchases made on Ticketsweden. Ticketsweden (Global Events AB) sells tickets on the secondary market. We are not the organiser, the venue or the primary ticket issuer for the events listed, unless expressly stated for a specific event.

2. Tickets and delivery

Tickets are delivered ahead of the event day. How your tickets are provided is shown on each event page and at checkout — either as a digital ticket sent to your email or as a mobile ticket transferred to your account on the organiser's ticketing platform.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Mollie. We never store your card details. All prices include VAT.

4. Right of withdrawal

Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen, Chapter 2, Section 11, point 12), tickets to events held on a specific date are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal. See our separate page on the right of withdrawal.

5. Cancelled or rescheduled events

If an event is cancelled, the ticket price is refunded automatically to the same payment method within 14 banking days. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket is valid for the new date.
