Right of withdrawal

Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen, Chapter 2, Section 11, point 12), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to cultural and sporting events held at a specific time.

This means tickets bought on Ticketsweden cannot be returned after purchase, other than when an event is cancelled or rescheduled, as set out in our terms of purchase.
